Become a caregiver family
Heroes Work From Home
Open your heart and your home, and earn over $3,000 a month for each person you support. Do you have a spare bedroom and the compassion to care for someone like family? We would love to talk with you.
Adult foster care: a home, a family, a purpose
At its heart, adult foster care is simple: you open your home to someone who would love a place to belong. They become part of your family’s everyday life, with a seat at the dinner table, a place at the holidays, and a home that feels like home.
Together you share the moments that make life full: Sunday church, a trip to the store, time with friends, and the comfort of a familiar face. You help them live their best life, and they bring something special to yours.
So many people today are searching for purpose. This is it: something that truly matters, right from your own home. You become the reason someone smiles, feels safe, and looks forward to tomorrow. That is what heroes do.

Why families do this
Right at home
Your home is where the magic happens. No commute, no time clock, just everyday life with your family and someone new to share it with.
Change a life
Give someone who can't live alone a real home and a place in a family again.
Get paid for it
Over $3,000 a month for each person you support, and you can care for up to three people in your home.
Trained and prepared
First Aid and CPR, medication administration, and online courses, all before anyone moves in.
You choose who you support
No one is simply placed in your home. Before anyone makes a commitment, you and the person meet several times through our meet and greet process: first where they live now, and then in your home.
You get to know each other, ask questions, and see how you fit together. Only when you both say yes do we plan a move. You always have a choice in who you support.
You won’t navigate it alone. We have been guiding meet and greets since 2019, and we have learned what makes a match last. We are right there by your side, sharing recommendations and the things worth considering, so you can decide with confidence.
Is this right for you?
You’re a good fit if you have:
- A private or spare bedroom with an exterior door or window
- A clean, well-kept home
- Patience, compassion, and a caring heart
- A valid driver's license and car insurance
- Completion of a background check and drug screening

Common questions
Am I an employee?
No. Our caregiver families work with us through a contract and are paid as independent contractors (1099). Through that contract, you provide care and support in your own home, and we provide the training and oversight.
What training do I get?
First Aid and CPR, medication administration, and online training courses. Training happens right in your home, and it is all done before anyone moves in.
How much does it pay?
Over $3,000 a month for each person you support. You can care for up to three people, as long as each one has their own private bedroom with an outside window or door. Call us and we will walk you through it.
Who would live with me?
Adults who need some help with daily life, such as older adults and adults with physical disabilities. Many are active in their community and can get in and out of a car. We take care to find the right match for your home before anyone moves in.
Do I get a say in who lives with me?
Yes, always. You and the person meet several times, where they live now and in your home, before either of you makes a commitment.
Does someone check in on us?
Yes. Our team visits you and the person you support at home and checks in regularly.
